ROS (Remote Online Service) allows Service Engineers to perform remote health checks on your system, monitor membrane performance, and make recommendations to get the best performance out of your system.
What is included in a Remote Service Package?
•Automatic performance tests, including datalogging of process variables
•Event logging
•Electronic maintenance plan and log for nitrogen generator and feed air compressors is integrated in N2 generator control system (if applicable)
•Data log transfer function included in the control system, by use of USB memory stick
•Automatic performance tests of membrane efficiency
•System performance analysis
•Recommendations for system optimization
•Semiannual, comprehensive data analysis, summarized and converted into a summary report that includes the current maintenance status and the operational performance
